NAINITAL: Secretary of the state information commission MS Kundara has told the public information officials of the districts that if they fail to furnish monthly report on the status of the RTI of the last month, a punishment may await them. “Under the RTI Act, we have made it essential in the state to submit report before fifth day of every month on the status of information sought by the people,” said Kundara.
